$5 Parking

Overnight parking was around $30, which was much cheaper than using hotel valet (at least double the price). It’s a reasonable walk to the River Walk. We stayed at Kimpton, and this lot was about a 4-minute walk. There’s another parking lot right next to Kimpton, but I didn’t see an overnight option there and it also seemed to be almost as expensive as the hotel valet for our purposes.

Not $5. 2 lots on either side of the bookstore building that don't match to map, regardless which way you go. One side has huge potholes and the other side is nicely paved and has trees for some shade at least. The screenshots are from the pothole side, which ironically costs more than the nicely paved side for overnight. Can pay for hours or overnight is $15 for the nice side though.

It was NOT $5, it wanted $20! I just wanted to visit some of the stores adjacent to the lot, not go running round town for hours.

I like it. If you plan on being there for 8 hours, the total was $20. It was closer to La Villita, so you really couldn't get lost. Right next door to I believe Springfield Hotel and across the street was a sushi restaurant.

I parked at 10:56 am on Apr 6th 2024. Paid $20 for overnight. Got towed for non-payment. When I looked at my receipt, it had listed expiration at 11:30 am same day but also showed I paid $20 and said "overnight".
