I'm a older lady and it's hard for me to clean like I use too, so I called 5 Stars Cleaning Services and got a quote and the price was very reasonable and affordable. When the cleaning techs arrived they were on time and very nice. I was very satisfied with the cleaning and will continue services with them. Highly recommend!!!!

If you want reliable service, look elsewhere! I had an open house scheduled that I made very clear when I scheduled the appt. On the day of scheduled service, I did not hear from any one. No call no show. I called the office repeatedly, no answer. Left a voicemail. Someone eventually responded via text that they had a power outage and had to send their employees home. May have been believable if others hadn’t reported that they also experienced no call no shows from this company in the reviews. Should have fully read the reviews! Just a disgrace to run a business this way.

Great Customer Service. My carpets in my home looked amazing after the cleaner was finished. Happy I could finally find a reasonable priced cleaning company.

Carpets looked brand new when the carpet guy was finished. Prices weren't bad at all compared to a lot of other companies that are so overpriced. Will use again.
