I have no reservations in recommending Five Star Floors and giving them a 5 star rating. I have used them in the past to install hardwood flooring and to remodel our secondary bathrooms. All were done very well and so I recently had them install hardwood flooring thoughout our new construction home. Our builder and trim carpenter both commented about what a good job Five Star Floors did and I couldn't be more pleased. We recently hire Five Star Floors to install 3 countertops, carpet, tile flooring, tub surround, and backsplashes throughout our home. The showroom at Five Star Floors is nicely stocked and well organized, simplifying the selection process. Once we had selected the materials, the installation was well scheduled and went smoothly. The installers were on time, professional, and very knowledgeable. Each work area was cleaned at the end of the day. Tom was in constant communication with us throughout the entire project and was able to answer every question we had. We are beyond happy with the work completed by Five Star Floors.
