I recommend this company, they are very professional and knowledgeable. Mike came all the way to Katy to give us an estimate and we were very impressed with his professionalism and honest attitude. He measured things up, gave us an estimate that was less than the other big flooring company gave us. The installation crew was top notch and we are very happy with the whole 5 Star experience.

We used 5 star floors in Pearland several years ago in our previous home so they first came to mind when we wanted to install LVP in our current home. We stopped by to grab samples at their Pearland office and Dana helped us choose a few to take home to test in different areas. When we were ready to get a quote, she scheduled Mike to come to the house to take measurements. Both of them along with Tiffany kept us posted on material order, tile/carpet removal and install. About 1600 square ft of work was done in 3 days. We were happy with the entire process and appreciate the entire team. Thank you again.

They installed hardwood in our house and it was absolutely amazing. They came to measure our floors and gave us our estimate before they even left our house! The workers arrived on time and did a great job. We hardly even knew they were here! Very polite and professional. We are having them come back and do our tile next!

We needed new flooring throughout a house I was preparing to list. Mike, Tiffany, and their team did a great job helping me pick out colors/materials. When it was time to install, they did excellent work. I couldn’t be happier with the results and I highly recommend Five Star.
