Eli was quick to respond, quick to come by my house (the next afternoon after I called.) He was quick to diagnose the issue and fixed it right away. He was very professional explaining and showing me what was wrong so I can understand, he even lube up the rails so my door is smoother and does not make as much noise anymore which had nothing to do with the issue.
