Our recent experience with 5 STAR HEATING & AIR, was on an extremely positive note. Their response was almost immediate from our initial voice mail, regarding a recent furnace faulty situation, which transpired to having 5 Stars install a new unit . Initially, their tech Dylon who arrived that same night was outstanding in all aspects, ever personable, with his diagnostic efforts, and was highly knowledgeable, in advising us on the best options in our situation. From start to finish our experience with 5 Star Heating & Air has been 5 stars! We had a very old AC unit that had no life left. We contacted 5 Star when our unit shut off and were offered a portable AC as an option to stay cool while they got us scheduled asap. They moved our unit to a preferred location without any issues or problems. Everyone we dealt with was kind, professional, honest and knowledgeable. The 5 Star team are very hard workers and didn't stop until the job was done. Our new unit is up and running and we couldn't be more thankful and appreciative!!

We were lucky enough to win a duct cleaning through their holiday giveaway. They were professional and thorough with what they were doing. My in laws ended up scheduling a duct cleaning with them based off our experience! Would definitely recommend!

We are very pleased with the work by 5 Star Heating & Air with the installation of an Amana heat pump. Thoughtful customer service, the men announced, via an email, they would be arriving at our home. The men introduced themselves and were respectful & polite. The installation was completed in 3 days. We were asked if we had any questions regarding the project and were informed of the next step of the installation. Every day, cleanup was completed, in all areas that they entered, prior to leaving. The heat pump is working well, it’s a big change as this unit replaces our 30 year old central air conditioner. We are pleased that we chose 5 Star and we recommend this company to others, it is an excellent company with professional workers.

When they first started their business, Kevin installed wiring and a smart thermostat for us and we’ve been customers for standard oil burner maintenance ever since. This year, we decided to get 2 mini splits and we are happy we called 5 Star for the install. They really do nice work and the service is excellent. Kevin and Team are always knowledgeable, professional, and clean. They never leave a mess for me to clean up and nothing is ever sloppy looking. They do it right. The name suits - they rate 5 Stars from us!
