5 Star Lawn & Pest Control

This is a rental property & although it would be nice for the tenants to have notified us about the lawn, we in fact pay a company good money to make sure that the lawn is taken care of. Upon speaking with a manager, it was determined that the infestation of chinch bugs & overgrown weeds was everyone else’s fault except for 5 Star’s. When I said, “so I guess we’re stuck with thousands of dollars in new sod?”, the managers response was, “yes…”. No problem, lesson learned!

5 Star is amazing. Had a pest issue, they came out about a week and a half ago to remedy. They said may have some residual pests return, they did. Called and Jimmy came out the next day and fixed us up. These guys really know what they are doing and take the time to explain what they did, why and how to stay pest free. Great company!!

Scott has been our technician for over a year and has never failed to give excellent service. He addresses and takes care of any needs our lawn has new or old. You’ve got a good one here 5 Star!

I’ve had five star for about a year now. My lawn has had the same issue the entire year. Weeds plaguing the lawn and brown grass throughout. I’ve followed their recommendations with aerating and watering. They sent out a manager who came up with all sorts of excuses such as my grass in the kind that does well in the shade, its being cut too low, not getting enough water… I water 3 times a week at 30 minutes a zone. My lawn guy cuts it with his deck at a 3.75. My yard has so many weeds it looks like no one takes care of my lawn. After they treated the weeds again I was left with a note that said they can’t treat this specific weed therefore I would have to pull the weeds myself.
