Ivan and his team did a wonderful job helping us prep our home to sell! They were quick, efficient and professional! They repaired our deck, installed a backsplash, installed a brand new exterior door as well as replaced all of our interior doors and other cosmetic repairs and updates around the interior of our house. I would highly recommend Ivan & team for your home repair needs!

We were very happy with our experience using Ivan and team on our listing property in Canton in late '24. They painted the entire interior of the house (baseboards, walls, trim, ceilings, etc). Their team even, unprompted, took down and replaced shelving, handrails, etc while painting to ensure a thorough and clean paint job. They also replaced numerous light fixtures, and installed large mirrors/vanities in the bathrooms. Lastly, when the work was done we utilized their cleaning team for a full house clean. Throughout the scope of the project, the team showed up everyday, cleaned up after themselves, and I was able to communicate with Ivan regarding any challenges and or/issues as they came up. I found Ivan very easy to work with.

BEWARE of this company!!! The first meeting Ivan showed up over two hours late to a planned appointment. I still showed him the project and decided to use him because I was trying to move in quickly. We agreed on a start date. I communicated the rules and hours of the building however Ivan along with his crew showed up over 30 min early and when they were not allowed to enter the building stormed off and said they would start the next day. The next day Ivan did not show up with his crew and I ended up having to explain the project to them. The following day Ivan once again was not present but work seemed to be going ok until one of the workmen hit the fire sprinkler head in the bathroom while he was patching a whole in the ceiling.
