Justin from 5-toes has been great. He has responded very promptly and even has tried some troubleshooting and gave advice over our text/chat. He has been very flexible with scheduling and putting up with my DIY efforts before he even came to our house. It is very rare to find someone willing to help out and give you their time. If anything is not running correctly in your house I wouldn't hesitate to give Justin a call or text and just start a conversation of what is going on and some options.

Justin did a great a great job diagnosing the problem with my refrigerator and had it fixed within 30 mins. The price was more than fair and he was extremely professional. I would highly recommend.

Justin was the only repair tech in the area that was able or willing to help us out. Our washing machine wasn't draining. Justin came out and found all of the stuff clogging the outlet. He did tell me the pump may also be on the fritz so if the issue persisted he would install a new pump. That's exactly what happened but the amazing part is he credited me for the initial visit. 4 months later and we are problem free!

Scheduled an appointment for my ice machine to be fixed. Justin came and diagnosed the problem and ordered a part that was needed to be installed to fix the machine. He installed it a few days later and unfortunately it did not fix the ice machine. After a week still no ice. Asked Justin to come back and he was rude, condescending, and patronizing, so much so I asked him to leave my home. He was much more professional during his first visit when dealing with only my husband, but seemed to look down on me as a woman when he came back, as my husband wasn’t home. Justin was paid in full and my ice machine is still not fixed. I wouldn’t recommend using this company.
