I met Armando, the owner on a referral. He came over right away and looked over our patio that was in desperate need of being replaced. I filled him in on the water issues we have experienced during winter month's of heavy rains, and recommended a French drain. He had pricing to me quickly. It was a price I couldn’t pass up. Hernias his guys were are friendly professional and had all of the old concrete out in a day and a half. They then dig out the French drain and wrapped the pipe in sediment cloth and then river rock over the top. Concrete set up compacting and pour went smoothly. Every edge is perfect and I love how the French drain looks next to my new patio! He connected the French drain to my downspout system so it will drain out to the street. The patio looks fantastic! I'm highly recommending Armando, who owns "503 Maintenance." We had several bids to do a small portion of our sidewalk, which was being pushed up by the huge tree in the front. Everyone else we got a bid from was no less than $3500, Armando did it for for a lot less. He started Monday morning and was done by Tuesday morning to finish it up. It looks amazing, and he cut our grass, too ❤️

Armando and his crew installed a beautiful sod lawn for our family. They were organized, detailed and efficient. I’d highly recommend them to anyone needing landscaping, lawn care or custom outdoor projects.

We had them come do our backyard clean up. Did a professional job. Very very professional, friendly, kind and the clean up was amazing!! We would highly recommend for anything. Great job guys!!
