First time buying carpets and won’t be my last with this company. JT was very personable and professional. He made the selecting and buying process easy and fun. Bonus point was that he didn’t mind my dogs being in the way. He had some great tips on how to take care of our new investment. Scored a great deal on new carpets and can’t wait to see the outcome.

We are VERY pleased with out new floors! Jeff Dieter was very patient with us and answered all of our questions which were many because we had been burned before by a different outfit. We've admired the work 50Floor had done in my in-laws' house and so glad we went with them. Pedro and his crew were extremely talented and hard working. They are rock stars and gave us the rock star treatment. Thank you 50Floor!

My Rep Theresa was very professional, knowledgeable, and attentive during the consultation. They took the time to thoroughly explain the different carpet options, materials, and maintenance considerations, which made it easier to make an informed decision. Her communication was clear, and they demonstrated a strong understanding of both quality and durability. Overall, the consultation was very helpful, and I appreciated their professionalism and willingness to answer all of my questions.

Product selection was impressive. First install was done poorly... The floor wasn't leveled well. The worker who did the install, (Victor), no longer works for 50Floor. The second installer Felipe did a phenomenal job reinstalling the flooring how it should have been done the first time. The manager Brent provided excellent customer support throughout the process. Overall I'm grateful that everything came together in the end and look forward to future installs.

Very thorough, very friendly service. Theresa was so good and came in so close to my budget that I canceled all other companies that were coming to do estimates and went with 50Floor. Exceptional service! Update: I’ve just gotten my floors installed. If you get yours done, ask for Felipe!! He and his crew did an excellent job on my floors. I could not be happier!
