Parking Business is good for businessman. One very first day when I was parking my car at that time, I was feeling like it is so narrow to drive vehicle. I was driving compact SUV 1 month after using it. I finally damage my wheel trim because entrance and exits are so narrow. It’s better to spend $10 more $20 more in surrounding area for parking. It needs to be improved.

Avoid this parking deck. The management company responsible for this deck is extremely slow to respond to issues. The machines at the exit machine were broken and caused a large backup after an event. Both customers at the exit gates called multiple times and they had to send someone out physically leaving us all trapped until on-site help arrived. For most of the decks in uptown Charlotte, the operators are able to open to gates on demand from their external location. This management company is either unable or refuses to do so. When the on-site help did finally arrive, they were extremely rude and un-empathetic to the long wait that everyone in line had to endure. With so many places to park in uptown Charlotte, definitely avoid this dysfunctional operation.

Lady answering the phone is rude. She does not listen. She will cut you off and talk, so she is unable to answer your question in a helpful way. You can't give people the answers they need if you don't listen. She also lies. While I was in the office, she lied about being the person I spoke to when I told her what I had missed when trying to find their location, so she could use the info to help the next person. I know that I called her office directly, but I didn't want to be mistaken so I called the office again as soon as I was out the door. She answered. It was the same voice and our conversation verified that she was the same person I just left. There was no reason to lie. She could have just said thank you or something noncommittal and let it be. But she chose to play in my face.

Parked from 4:30-8:30. Sign said max parking fee $25. We were charged $28 upon leaving.
