diabolical pricing, weekend flat rate parking regardless of time. be wary!
Horrible, do not use! I reserve a time through iParkIt yesterday as I was taking the kids to the Children’s Museum and when I arrived my prepaid parking code says invalid. Called the help button and the lady manually added it. As we left it was invalid again and was told I owed $12 and gladly paid. Well today I received an email stating I made a parking reservation for yesterday to today for $40. Not sure how the lady entered my payment when I left but obviously not correctly as Im being charge again. This is such a scam and I can’t even remove my card on file. I wished I didn’t use this or registered. Do not use them as they will automatically charge you.
Beware misleading signage and terrible customer service.
