Carlos did about a 500 ft.² patio for me. This is the second one I’ve hired him for. we did a nice job together. I say we because Carlos was instrumental and helping make plans and changes and suggestions along the way. Working with him as a team made for a better project. I needed to make changes to add electricity and gas underneath the patio and reconfigured to allow for the addition of shade sails. . The scope of work changed as we went along. That worked out just fine because Carlos was able to make the changes and that made a better project overall. The price changes as I added to the project but the price changes seemed fair to me. I’m pleased that he did color. I’m also pleased that he made it look like Stone on the surface. Carlos had to make many decisions along the way, like
