550 Kearny Bldg Parking Garage

Decent, except when it counts. It's extremely challenging to get into this garage due to the 4 lanes of gridlocked traffic you typically have to cross during a street festival to reach it. And that's when they hire an attendant to actively prevent you from making the left turn, forcing you to waste another 15mins to come around again, even though it was perfectly safe and legal to make the turn. Customer hostile.

customer service and pricing at this garage are excellent, parking attendance are kind and informative. Ready to welcome you on your return and have remembered my name. Shane specifically is an excellent worker and model employee. Probably due for a raise!

We found this covered, secured garage, offering valet and self-park while visiting SF. We utilized the valet parking and the attendant, Shane, was polite and courteous and made us felt that our car was in good hands upon leaving. Reasonable rates for the area as well. Highly recommend!

Satisfactory and not outrageously expensive; staff was nice. But it's NOT at 550 Kearny!! I walked around for half an hour trying to find it (after I had left my car there 3 days earlier, in the dark). Really annoying.

One of those sketchy places that requires you to leave your keys with them. Save yourself the trouble and drive the one block to sfpark on Portsmouth instead.
