555 Washington Ave Garage

I went into this garage today and there were lots of reserved parking spots for Warner Music, Sixt Rental, CVS, and some valet parking company. I found no place to park. I tried to get out, and there was no one to talk to. I called using the intercom at the exit, and they told me that I needed to pay $30 to get out. I explained that there was no place to park, and the lady hung up on me. Called again, and same thing. By then, there were five other drivers in the same predicament, trying to get out but asked to pay $30. With today's technology, this garage should know if there are available spaces to park or not, and if full, don't let more people in. I trust that the owners of this garage are honest hard working people, but they have bad technology and terrible customer service. O

Overpriced and misleading. Pricing is unclear and feels like a bait-and-switch. Poor layout, confusing design, and far fewer parking spots than expected. Not recommended.

Its a parking garage. Excellent location. Credit card only. Pay when exiting. Very expensive. Lots of options around South Beach for $20-30 a full day.

Wish I could rate this place lower than one star. Complete scam make sure you read the fine print was charged $30 for five minutes.. park up the road for a fair and honest price. $20 for 24 hours elsewhere in South Beach within a couple hundred feet of this business.

Do not park here unless you are rich!!! I entered parking because it said $30 per day or so I thought. Parked Sunday evening and left Thursday morning, I was shocked when I had to pay $240, called for help and the lady I spoke to didn’t care and I had to pay that amount. She told me that it was $20 for each 5 hrs. This is a total scam, they take advantage of tourists and first timers in SB. I told the lady that I spoke to that they need to put the rates in big letters so people Can see exactly what they are getting into!!! She said will let management know…I hope they do something about this as it not a fair business practice.
