58 Foundations & Waterproofing

We had the crawl space in our basement encapsulated and a dehumidifier installed to keep rodents, snakes, bugs, and moisture/mold from getting into our house. 58 foundations was a great company to work with and we are glad we chose them to do the job. Lon was the salesman we met with. He came out to the house to give us a free quote And was very professional, respectful, and helpful. He was quick to respond to questions after our initial meeting and made the whole process very easy. I really appreciate the courtesy call the day before letting us know of the expected arrival time. We had the main beam in our house stabilized. They said it would take 2 days. The crew got here this morning and got set up and completed the job in one. Extremely professional. And kind. Would highly recommend to anyone needing work done. Even my cat enjoyed there presence

They were incredibly detailed, paid close attention to cleanup, leaving the space neat and well cared for at the end of each day. Excellent experience from the estimating/sales phase, to the scheduling and actual work done. Communication was great, and Lee our sales/estimator even called me on Sunday to answer last minute questions I had. The work was done over a two day period, and the crew was meticulous and methodical in their work. Very pleased with the results.
