5Points Regalia

Order said 2-5 days. I’ve haven’t received order. No email responses. I guess phn number isn’t but they got wrong one. I’ll be headed to MS soon. Either have my purchase or have my money. FYI. Don’t have to head to MS just contacted my credit card company and they are refunding my money

I ordered back in April and still haven’t received my order. Not getting a response from the company and I requested a refund and nothing. I really thought this was a reputable company I guess I was wrong.if I could give no stars I would!

It is with trepidation that I post this review. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER with 5Points Regalia. It appears that this business is unable to fulfill its obligations to its customers. I personally have 5 outstanding orders since April. I have sent several emails trying to resolve this and cannot get a response. I have had a great relationship with 5Points until now. I am now being asked to make whole several people with outstanding orders that I have referred to 5Points. Save yourself a headache.

I ordered a collar t for RAM, during their customer appreciation month in April of 2022. I placed the order and the wrong item was sent. I sent a text messages as well as emails to the owner and he said he would replace it in the beginning of May. it is July 7,2022 and I have not received my replacement yet . I will NEVER USE this site again I will not suggest that anyone use it. I can't even give them one star at this point I don't think a star should be listed on this site concerning a review. I had to put on that is the only way I could post this, but it doesn't deserve that one star

I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering from this company. I ordered about 2 months ago and still no items only 2 responses of back logged and a refund in which I haven't received neither. Shame try to support masonic brothers business and look at this....
