5th & Keo Parking Garage

Not a pleasant garage at all. Witnessed a guy rollerblading throughout, a different guy urinating in the trash bin, and one of the stairway reeked of weed. During the day, the staff members don't display any sort of customer service. They were rude and condescending. Super sketchy operation.

We had our ticket but the reader wouldn't accept it so the only way to get out was say we had a lost ticket. So instead of paying $3 we had to pay $10. SCAM!!!! Don't park here, unless you're going to park for over 10 hours I guess.

Very friendly staff, always kept clean. Yet very scarry place. Entrance seems like entering a dungeon. Crumbling concrete everywhere, difficult navigation, sometimes long lines to get out. For what seems like a year signs announce renovations but nothing seems renovated? Fantastic and very warm skywalk access, but iffy sounding elevator . Long walk to the Financial center, free validated parking for YMCA visitors.

I have parked in the garage for Wells Fargo Events for years and just had a terrible experience with them for the first time. We were at the State Basketball Finals on Friday night, after the game was over we walked back to the Garage and reached the doors from the skywalk into the Garage at 9:47pm and the doors were locked. Our child with us is currently handicapped and we had to get him down the stairs to the ground floor and then walk all the way back up the garage ramp to get to our vehicle. Signs say the doors lock at 10:00pm so we were there 13 minutes before they were supposed to be locked. I called the number on the door and was told there wasn't anything they could do about it.

They clearly don't care about the people that park here. All of the convenient spots near the crosswalk are marked "permit only" without any hours given, so you're risking getting towed parking there even when every single spot is empty well past business hours. They have three exits, but one is for permits only 24h/d, one has been out of order for weeks, and the only one us "regular" folks can use has a new system that confuses everyone, so you end up waiting in line for 10 or more minutes while the people in front of you try to figure it out. I've been parking here for a year and never had to wait for more than a minute to exit the ramp, now several times in the past two weeks I've not only waited for 10 or more minutes, but at least three times have run into another hour and had to pa
