Easy place to find and park. Convenient location. Rates are not posted but payment is easy and now handled by Pay By Phone, accessible online, phone call or app. Initially paid $7.50 for 4 hours, extending another 3 hours costs $6 more, not outrageous. Beware that you’re not allowed to back into a space, there are plenty of signs warning against that. The elevator that goes down to the lobby of the Riverside Hotel is not currently working. Another elevator is next to the entrance to the Cheesecake Factory but it doesn’t have any visible signage.

Easy parking and payment option. Really slow elevator.

It is right next to the cheesecake factory and the Riverside Hotel. However it is rather overpriced. $10 for two hours is simply ridiculous. Next time I will simply park on the metered parking on the street. I would consider parking here again if they lower their price to maybe three dollars an hour. Will not be parking here again

Perfect parking for water taxi

Good parking garage, way better than trying to find parking on the street or at a lot on Las Olas. There's always room here!
