I paid for parking here, overran my parking by about five minutes, and they sent me a bill for over $100. They are able to track when you enter and when you leave the lot which begs the question why don't they allow you to enter your credit card information and charge you for the time that you do park there? It is a predatory business and I recommend staying away.

Same here! I used the lot for an hour and was charged $21, which was a shock, but I was late to a meeting. Firstly, I could barely even make the payment using the QR code and there was no attendant nor a kiosk to pay with a credit card. I overstayed by about 20 minutes and they sent me a collection notice for $104. Don't park here. There are plenty of other options.

DO NOT PARK HERE! If you are barely late to exit you will get a $100+ violation ticket. Sometimes they will send a ticket even if you leave before time is up. Very difficult to dispute. HUGE SCAM

I got a non-payment notice from PRRS about a month after parking here despite the fact that I did pay for parking. They want to fine me over $100 dollars despite the fact that I had already paid $27 to park here. Disputing this bill was difficult and time-consuming. In addition, I've since read a lot about this organization, and apparently they use a lot of questionable tactics to get people to overpay, and there's been numerous lawsuits against them. This lot needs to use a different enforcement mechanism since PRRS is screwing people over.

extremely overpriced parking. $7+tax per 20min through an app that FORCES you to download their crappy app, sign up, validate your email and enter your payment info all before you even walk away. that is insane imo. I'd rather take the bus next time to get to this area. I'll never use this parking area again.
