Booked through ParkWhiz. The machine only accepts SpotHero QR codes, and there’s signage to see an attendant for other apps. The parking attendant was incredibly helpful and took care of everything quickly.
Found this place off of Spot Hero for $38, for almost 8 hrs doing Fisherman’s Warf and Alcatraz tour. Some spaces are tight and you may have to spot your driver, but hey, that’s city garages. The floors were clean as well as the rest of the floors that we saw while finding a spot. The staff instructed us on a few things that could’ve been a mistake on our end. Would utilize this place again. Felt safe and located near everything.
If I could give a zero rating I would! NEVER again will I EVER book parking here again. The staff is rude, they over book and have people park their cars behind other parked cars making it impossible to get out. They do not seem to like to honour apps that sell spaces for them. The one staff member was super rude to my husband when he went to get our vehicle, he wouldn’t let him take our vehicle without showing the QR code on the app even though the app said we didn’t need to to leave. It said scan code on arrival, get ticket, park. When leaving show ticket, no need to scan code again. So my husband had to repark the vehicle because the attendant wouldn’t allow him to leave without paying another $100 US or showing the code on the app. So he walked back to our hotel to get my phone to show
Good place to park underground while visiting the fisherman's wharf. We used spot hero and it was about $27 to park all day. We also did a bounce at the hotel caza which was only one block away. Bounce is an app that let's you hold your luggage/bags at a hotel which we were told to do because car break ins are common. Only giving 4 stars though because spaces are in stalls and garage is pretty tight. They do have a valet service if you are not comfy parking in tight spaces or just don't want to. We self parked and it worked out alright.
I parked for 4 hours, and the parking fee was $45. I paid with a debit card, but they give me a handwritten receipt. I had absolutely no idea what exactly the parking fee I had to pay was. I don't want to go there again. Also, I made a reservation through the Park Mobile app, but they said I couldn't use it, so I paid double the money.
