I shopped at the 99 ranch market and got the free parking for 2 hours here, but they charged me $11 extra for 20 minutes!!!!!!!! When I asked the staff, he was rude and said “ you have to pay even just park extra 1 minute!” Then WHY ON EARTH they cooperated with the 99 ranch?????? If they changed me for the extra 20 minutes parking, that’s fair. But FORCEING me to pay 2 hours fee for 20 minutes? I would NOT park there anymore! I’ll also tell everyone I know to not park here!

Pros: fast parking service Cons: staff is rude and not accommodating. I have parked in many garages over the last 25 years. I can say this is garage has the worst customer service. make sure you take everything you need from The car. I went back 20 mins later as I forgot my baby’s food in the car. The manager was not able to make an exception and her my bag with food out and said the only way to resolve this is to take the car out. They Charged $10 which makes no sense as they are going to the car anyway and I had to take the car out. Poor customer service. Naturally I went and parked at another lot even though it was further away.

To whom it may concern, Today I parked in a carpark that had a sign outside stating there was early bird parking before 10am and out by 7pm. I pulled into the carpark around 930am and said to the Chinese speaking person, I would be back from 4-6 and was it early bird. He seemed to understand me and said ok. I returned to the car park at around 350pm and the first thing I noticed when I went to pay was that they do not accept credit card, just cash. I also saw a notice stating 2 dollars tip welcome. The individual who was taking my cash said 18 dollars and I asked him why, and he indicated I did not get the early bird as it is limited to 30 cars. This is deceptive advertising and when I asked the person for the garage license number, he pointed me to the top of the ramp which is dangerous

No receipt! They just hand writing when u ask for a receipt. This is very fishy! Over charged Also well !!!! They put sign for $5/2hrs, but they charge our car $24, we just parked 30mins. The guy saying because our car is big car... what car you think is small? We not park 3 spots for 1 car!!!!!!

Never ever park here. Just cause they charge you lower fee than other parking garages nearby doesn’t give them right to treat customers like piece of s***. Every single staff there is extremely rude and almost ready to fight and harass you. They demand $2 cash tip each time and if you don’t pay they curse you out in Chinese right in front of you. The worst parking place ever. Don’t go here even if they have early bird special and is cheaper than others.
