I bought a house full of windows (19 total). Quality of product, office support , communication, and installation were impeccable. A shout out to Jeff for his patience with me and to the business owner, Mike, for being so personally engaged throughout the entire process. I knew Andrea in her support position was there to advocate for me when I had (constant) annoying questions. And the BIGGEST kudos go out to the installation team. Although I never really caught their names because of our language difference, they were the cleanest, most quiet, thorough, and effecient team I've ever had working on my house. We spoke different languages, but managed to always understand each other. End of day, a big ticket project that was packed with value. Thanks to all!

Romero brothers did my screen porch and they did a Awesome job. They were super professional and clean. Highly recommended for any exterior work you may need.

UPDATE: The owner Mike called us to try to assist. I was pleased that he was apologetic about the concrete work that was done. Evidently, the concrete is purchased from an outside source, and we got a poor mix. We had to paint over the poorly laid concrete to conceal the defects, of which some still can be seen through the paint as raised areas. I wish to reiterate that the crew that installed the screen porch itself did excellent work. I am also pleased that Mike made an effort to help as much as he could. He offered to send a worker to paint the slab but we had to do so immediately as we had other vendors scheduled to do work in the new space. He did pay for the paint and materials we used to paint the slab. I wish I could give four stars after the fact but it is not justified. The way

I can't thank the owner, Mike of 7 Diamond Builders and his complete staff for their incredible work on our new screened in Lanai. Yondriel's Team did a fantastic job. A very hard-working team. They really paid attention to details and it shows in the final product. Every day they came to the job with a smile on their face from start to finish. Camila and Lupita kept my Wife and I informed throughout the whole process from start to finish too. Numerous texts were sent to keep us up to date and when the workers would show up. A fantastic experience which exceeded my expectations. A great business to hire for your building needs.

7 Diamond Builders just completed our paver patio and covered screen room and we are thrilled with the results. The paver flooring is great. The Romero Team built the structure, including the aluminum screen room, screen doors to the back yard, French doors that replaced our sliding glass doors, hard insulated roof, ceiling fans, and electrical outlets, and these guys are fantastic. They know every part of the job and have a solution for every situation. Plus they are friendly and personable. You can tell they are knowledgeable, well-trained craftsmen and mechanical engineers. My wife and I recommend them highly.
