Terrible experience. We bought ticket for GIDLE concert back in July using SpotHero. It was so hard for us to try to leave because the attendance not only being rude but ridiculous. He said we would have to pay again which would make it so we paid twice. If you cant do online parking then don’t do it. First we can’t understand your accent so we were trying to be patient. Then he was like. “Talk again I cannot understand you” RUDE sorry but your accent is hard to hear too. But instead of you being understanding you made us feel bad too. So either get an actual attendance to help with parking a during events or just don’t offer online payment first. Ridiculous.

Did Fox parking, took 45 minutes to leave. Poor infrastructure makes for long exit. Also, it was hard to even find a place to leave on foot after we parked.

Stuff gets stolen here a lot

Currently stuck in the parking garage because all exits are inoperable. Held hostage with the meter running!

Entrances randomly closed forcing you to drive around the block to get in when they're having events at the Fox.
