A large nest of European Hornets in a tree trunk was treated and effectively eliminated, as requested. The personal interaction was courteous and pleasant, and the price was reasonable. We've had 716 Exterminating come out for two different yellow jacket nests. They have always been easy to get ahold of and easy to communicate with! The nests have been taken care of promptly and professionally, always providing service reports.

Called Chris over the weekend about what I thought were sugar ants. He came out to the house early on Monday, determined what type of ants (acrobat ants, not sugar ants) and provided a treatment that had them gone almost overnight. With the amount of ants I was seeing, I didn't believe it was possible to fix the problem that quickly. A week later and still not an ant in sight. Very affordable as well. 10/10 would recommend.

Excellent! We knew we had a wasp nest, but upon arrival, Chris also identified the start of a yellow jacket nest. Treated both with no upcharge- and in 91 degree heat. Very professional & knowledgeable.
