717 Parking L57

I used 717 Parking last week while on my cruise. This lot is literally right across the street from the Port of Tampa which was very convenient. We didn't need to use the shuttle. Its a short walk to the Port and simple enough to walk if you are capable. I returned to my vehicle just the way I left it. Just make sure to leave the required information on your dash as instructed and you will not get towed. The people that got towed probably not following simple instructions.

Parking lot was not secure nor well lit. There are no gates nor dancing around the parking lot and it’s behind a gas station. I didn’t know this until I parked and I was very uncomfortable leaving my car there. When I got back I had a plethora of business cards on my windshield but, thankfully my vehicle was still there. The walk is long but not terrible with luggage. It was also very difficult to find because when I used Apple Maps it took me to a completely different place. I would also like to not that there was a parking sign in front of the parking lot advertising the parking being cheaper than what I prepaid for.

We left from Tampa a week ago for our cruise. Paid for parking here and when we got back our car was gone! It got towed away and we ended up having 3 tickets. They must have not run our license plate because we had paid for it over the app. 0/10 review from us we paid 600 dollars just to get our car back… this lot is horrible!!!! Save yourself the inconvenience and go somewhere else!!!! Also we called about a million times and they gave us 65/ 700 dollars back. Now they refuse to answer us. Honestly just extremely aggravating 0/10

We paid for parking went on our cruise and came back to our car gone. We had to drag our luggage around looking for an atm to come up with 539 in cash to get our car back. Plus 3 46 dollar tickets. Cost me about 700 to park here for 5 days.
