Very professional. Not sure why people have entered negative reviews for them. I raised requested thru choice home warranty yesterday afternoon and tech was assigned to come between 11-3. Mr. David showed up at 2:30 (called me at 2 to give 30 minutes notice). Thoroughly inspected the system and replaced the part & fuse that were gone bad and tested the system thoroughly. Additionally before leaving suggested me how to take care of the unit by my own. If I need anything done in future, I will ask for them only and specially Mr. David. Very helpful & nice person.

Choice home warranty assigned them to send a guy out. My appointment window was from 11am -3pm. I didn't receive any communication from them until around 2pm. When I received an call from their tech Nathan prior to the appointment he said he would be late and wouldn't be there until around 4pm and tried to claim he was given the wrong address by CHW, even though the appointment confirmation from 72 Degrees had the correct. He then proceeded to try and get me cancel the appointment because he was convinced the issue wouldn't be covered by the warranty even though he hadn't even looked at it yet. When I told him I would still like him to come look at it he said he did want to waste his time if it wasn't going to be covered. I had to use one of my PTO days for this appointment and now its was

Unprofessional company with poor communication skills. Put in a service request through home warranty company on a Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend. Received an email after 11 PM informing me of an assigned appointment window on Tuesday with 72 degrees LLC. I called and left 72 degrees messages Friday , Saturday, and Tuesday letting them know that the time they assigned me would not work. I sent an email Tuesday and got a reply saying " No promises", but they would "Let the Technician". It was not clear what they were letting the technician know or do. I called later in the day Tuesday and got someone on the phone who let me know that they don't make appointments and i have to be there when the technician calls and that I had missed the technicians call earlier in the day.

72 degrees are an AWESOME company!! They took care of our needs at a very reasonable price! Where the builder and warranty company was trying to wayyy overcharge us for the same job!! Please don’t hesitate to call them!!! Nathan was our guy and I appreciate him in taking care of us❤️❤️❤️

These guys are the first call for any of our AC needs from here on! I called at 12 and they were here within an hour! While that may not always be possible, it was quite refreshing to experience that response. We just got the AC tune up and service. They checked every parameter of all the major components and replaced the contacts and refrigerant. They even gave me an honest heads up on how old our components were and how much more life to reasonably expect from them. Perfectly professional and they even went above and beyond when they saw a few minor issues (although difficult to access) they could address on the spot. The price for the service was better than I could have hoped for! You'd do well to give them a call just for a tune up before it gets hot. Very satisfied and they just e
