First, I have to thank Christopher Sarnese—both an employee and a friend—who pointed me in their direction. From there, Eric, the owner, came out personally and provided an unbelievably fair and honest quote for a replacement garage door motor. The equipment they recommended was truly top-shelf, and the pricing made complete sense for the quality being installed. Once the job was scheduled, communication was excellent. The office staff made everything simple and straightforward, from signing documents to accepting the estimate, and they stayed in touch to keep us informed on technician arrival times. Starting with the person answering the phone to coming out within 48 hours for the estimate, getting that estimate the same day and having no surprises in the cost! I got 3 estimates and 724 Garage Door was the best by far. Door installed 13 days after estimate and job was completed in 4 hours. No mess, no extra cost, a must for great customer service and quality work! Highly recommended!
