My husband and I came across 7th State Builders online. Eddie came out to our home for our initial consultation. He was punctual and professional. He listened to our vision and took the time to draw out a plan and explain the process. He was very knowledgeable and made some great suggestions. We decided to do a big project at our home. For the back: a rebuild and waterproofing of our previous deck and a large patio to go underneath it with a fire pit and sitting wall. From the first interaction with Chase and Mike, we were very impressed by their professionalism and their ideas. We were in need of a basement bathroom remodel. The bathroom was over 35 years old and needed and update. 7th State Builders came to our rescue and did an amazing job!!! The once brown, musty, crusty and incredibly dusty old bathroom is now a fresh, light, bright and sparkling clean bathroom. We absolutely love it!
