FILTHY. Falling apart. I’ve been parking here twice a year for a decade, when I go to the dentist. I have watched it steadily decline during that time. It has had ZERO cleaning or maintenance since COVID. It used to be well-ventilated, with fans going & fresh air blowing in through the open walls on each level. Then they glassed it in & the fans haven’t worked in years. So every smell is trapped. And let me tell you, it REEKS of urine & filth & weed. It feels like you could get hepatitis from touching any surface in here. Material has been crumbling off the concrete ceiling girters & it just sits in piles all over the place. The grates at the bottom of the stairwells have been missing for years so now there are gaping holes, rusted through so you can see the next level below. And these h

This is the parking garage that Hampton Inn and Homewood Suites valet park the cars, it has a 24hr person on duty. Guest parking starts on 3rd floor up, use stairs only as the elevator is not working. Cleanliness needs improvement. I will not leave important things inside the vehicle for overnight parking. Use the QR code for easy payment.

This is the garage above skyline near the square. Most of the lights were out/broken. Walking back to your car at night is very sketchy. The elevator is broken so you have to walk the stairs, but you dont find that out until you've already parked. The door to return to your car has no handle on the outside so you have to walk up the car exit ramp to get back to your car. I wish i could give this ZERO stars!

I booked a spot in this garage with a third party app. I followed all the instructions. When I tried to leave the garage it didn’t recognize my plate and the gate wouldn’t open. I asked the Attendant there and he very rudely told me I had to pay. When I told him I paid through a third party app he pointed to a sign and told me to call that number. I called and they let me out but sent me a text saying I needed to pay. I called back and they asked me to send the receipt (and I did) but that still didn’t resolve it. The next day I got a message saying they were going to charge me a $50 late fee. I called back admittedly upset this time and they finally said “We’ll write this off as a one time courtesy but you have to pay when you park.” I proved to them I paid. They still gave me a

Conveniently located right next to the Hilton properties. But very unclear what you'd end up paying for the next day! I was even warned by the Hilton people about it. During a long holiday weekend I paid $26 after almost 24 hours of parking the first night and $34 the second one, after only 15 hours... I am adding a picture of their posted rates. Good luck!
