Left vehicle here for a 3 week cruise. I was a little nervous due to the duration and how long we had to leave it. We came back today and our car was perfectly fine!! The location is very convenient and vehicle felt well protected, no issues. I emailed with questions 7 months in advance and Andy was very helpful and promptly replied. Would definitely recommend.

Good garage, but getting out is a nightmare if the sensor doesn't work. If you're too close to the car in front, for example. There's zero support and we watched as roughly 50% of the cars get stuck and have to back out of the only exit lane.

I parked my car here while I enjoyed a five-day cruise to Ensenada, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. My car was perfectly fine—no issues whatsoever. I will absolutely be parking here again for my next cruise!

I used the location for a day trip to Alcatraz, 8:45 am to 5:00 pm for $19.99 total. I selected the spot based on others’ positive reviews compared to negative reviews of other near by parking lots and garages. I did not pre-book and there were plenty of spots. I had no issues paying via the app and no issues getting out of the lot. This garage felt safe and clean.

Parked here during our 16 day cruise. Was easy to access, register to pay and the attendant was helpful. Cruise parking was on the 5th level, which is the top and uncovered, not an issue for me but could be for someone. The path to each level is fairly small so may be difficult to maneuver with a large vehicle. Price seemed in alignment with other garages, did offer a cruise discount. Overall, would use again since it is close to the cruise pier.
