800 Brickell - Garage

No prices posted except a notice of a flat rate of $15. Left car overnight and the bill was $42. Garage is extremely narrow and you can see where cars hit the walls on the ramps. The machine did not print a receipt. Spothero says $16 overnight. Use the app.

Do not park there. Horrible, super narrow to go up the actual parking spot are designed for a Smart Car. You will get door dings all over. We came back and the main door was closed and there are no directions. Had to wait some time fornthe security guard (the lady was super nice, only positive thing) and let us in since apparently you are supposed to go all around and walk around the entire building to be able to get it once the building doors close. Please park somewhere else, avoid this headache.

Worst parking ever, it charge $40 for 1 hour and the card reader wasn’t working and there’s no one to help. I had to wait for 15min to get able to leave.

You have to pay 15$ up front - no wonder why. The parking spaces are soooo narrow, the ceiling is so low I thought I’m gonna hit it on a regular suv, also all 3 floors are reserved, there is no elevator so you have to use the stairs from at least 4th floor. Definitely not for general public, never again. Use the nearby one for the same price!

It's my 1st day to park here. Why is it so costly? It says on the board 1hr is 12 usd,but the machine printed 42 usd. When I was about to move out my car the bar went down and is asking me to pay again. 84 usd for 1hr? I called but they said cannot help me so I need to follow instructions in the machine? 😔😓 I will not go in Miami with a car anymore; anywhere in this city is costly & will rip you off your money. 😢
