I was very pleased with my experience, even though we never reached the final stage. Roofers working across the street spotted a raccoon on my roof and eventually confirmed that it had enlarged a hole and started a nest. Since we had just put our house on the market, this was bad news at a particularly inconvenient moment. I called 800-Raccoon and was visited by a friendly employee the very next day.
