803 Fannin Garage (Raffle Parking)

I booked via the SpotHero app for Banana Ball at Daikin Park and getting in and out was a smooth process. Finding a spot was easy as well. It's a 15ish minute walk to the stadium which isn't bad at all for what I paid. Getting out took some patience since there is only one exit and it was pretty packed but, again, it wasn't bad for what I paid. There's an elevator, stairs, and assessible parking on every level.

I have been parking in this garage at 803 Fannin for a few months now after switching from another garage for various reasons. This garage has exceeded my expectations. I’ve been parking here for years and I never had any issues… It’s spacious and very clean for a downtown garage!! Just recently bought the monthly parking pass and definitely worth it.

The garage is very well designed with a smart one-way layout that helps reduce traffic congestion. The building is clean and well maintained. I really appreciate that during rush hours, staff are available to assist with traffic—stopping cars when needed so drivers can exit safely and smoothly. Great experience overall!

Nice garage, but does NOT offer in and out access as advertised. Had to get a second card to re-enter lot during our reservation window resulting in a double charge. No attendant on site to discuss. False advertising.
