Got stuck in the elevators here, twice! In 2 different elevators, with a 9 month old baby! In the mid day heat of Florida, was like an oven in there and had 2 full on panic attacks! It’s so expensive and they don’t even keep the elevators in running order! Stop being so cheap as your lots are always full, and upgrade or at least service your elevators so people are not getting stuck in them! Unbelievable this place runs like this. Should be illegal!

When I parked, I was on one end not realizing the deck was divided by a chain link fence. I decided to take the stairs down and had to walk back around the block. After I returned, I took the elevator up to the level I parked on ( as I now have my luggage with me) started looking for my car ...along with others looking for theirs... we run into the fence. We finally decide our cars are on the other side. We are heading back to the elevator and find a walk way to the other end. Found the car after I got around the fence. Now I know about the walkway, I will have a better experience if, I cruise out of Tampa, again. Other wise the parking deck is very convenient to the ports. Drop bags at ship, park, walk back, board ship and enjoy life for a week.

Used this parking garage closest to cruise terminal in Tampa. Quite a walk from here to the terminal. The walk to the elevator is quite long as well.

They really need better signs for official cruise parking vs local private lots. I pre-booked and got lot 6, when I arrived they turned me around to lot 2, I never found it, in a hurry to get back to my wife at the terminal 6 I ended up in some apartment lot. Then got towed sometime while we were gone.

Price is now $17 a day. Online prepay you will only pay for the nights of the cruise while in person you will pay per day, so essentially an extra $12 if you pay in person (less the online $5 fee.) It is frustrating that is not posted clearly anywhere online at this time. Deck is full by a Saturday afternoon, no covered parking left and no one guiding traffic so have to briefly drive around to find space. Secure and very close to port still, so worthwhile caveats, just annoying to not be clear going in.
