Had an issue scanning a ticket (system glitch most likely) and customer service told us to pay a 40 dollar lost ticket fee…even though we still had our ticket and were not at fault. This garage is a scam.
Kiosk doesn’t work, this place is a TOTAL scam. They’ll tell you your ticket doesn’t work and make you pay for a lost ticket to steal your money. DO NOT GO HERE
Total SCAM. They will charge you $40. Awful. Avoid at all costs.
Don’t park here. Kiosk doesn’t work well. Can’t access elevator to get your car. Terrible customer service. Unmanned. They clearly want your $ only.
Do nit use it! I repeat do not ever use this parking! Elevators does not work cards stuck . You will lose hours before getting out
