82nd Street Parking Garage

READ THIS IF YOU'RE CONSIDERING PARKING HERE.. 9/27/2025 update: The employee, the manager, and the parent company all denied fault. So I'm out a $1000 deductible unless my insurance company can recoup the losses. This garage chooses to not do right by their customer, and instead makes me waste my finite time on this planet to try to recover my losses. If you are considering parking here, watch the videos and judge for yourself. Determine if you'd be comfortable with your car being treated like how mine was. They do whatever they want because they know this location is high demand. Excessively pricey and they scratched my car, took 0 responsibility and insinuated that my car was like that before coming here. A colombian, older guy. Most likely because I am a woman. They completely disregarded my complain. Avoid parking here if you can.

Made 2 reservations for 2 cars at the same time on my spothero app. Despite showing 2 different qrs codes and rental IDs, the person parking us would not release my son's card until I paid again. This on top of no hourly billing on a weekend. Bad service!

Don't recommend! Very tight to park/drive inside. They also require you to leave the key but they don't seem to be responsible guys. We asked parking attendant if we need to leave they key to park there and he said no, it's not necessary, then we drove inside and he said he needs the key. Seems he didn't speak English well enough. There is no stand outside with this information so you find this out only when you are inside this narrow and tight parking. I didn't used to give my card key for my tesla to some irresponsible under-the-counter people.

The young man that helped me, I believe his name was Nick, was super sweet and helpful!!! My car was in perfect condition! Excellent customer service!!! Will most definitely keep using this location when I am in the area! Thank you!!!!!
