I had a very frustrating experience trying to acquire specific material from this location. I was initially referred to them by Georgia-Pacific, as they are listed on the Georgia-Pacific website as a preferred vendor for their products. However, the manager refused to place a special order directly from Georgia-Pacific for the material I needed. They initially promised a callback, but one never came. When I followed up, the inside sales representative informed me that the manager simply did not want to "put in the work" required for a special order. While the inside sales representative was apologetic, stating he could only act within his boss's limitations, the lack of effort and follow-through from management was extremely disappointing. I tried ordering a window sash from this place and they gave me the runaround for months. Tons of wasted time and needless frustration. Couldn’t recommend this place to anyone really

I stopped in on Saturday to place an order. They do not stock 6x6x20 posts, but they had everything else on my order. Bryson called the huntersville location and made sure they had stock of posts and thr LVL beams i needed, before I drove out there. Very polite and helpful!

My husband called and asked if they had a certain amount of cedar boards and was told they had what he needed and it was beautiful. He drove an hour to get there and once he got there was told that they probably didn’t have the amount of boards he needed… took 30 minutes to check and they didn’t have them. The few they did have looked awful. Waste of time that could have been avoided by being told the truth when he called!
