84 Lumber

Shawn was helpful and knowledgeable. You don’t find much help these days in lowes, Home Depot, etc. it’s refreshing to know I can come to 84Lumber and not have to know all the answers for my project.

Poor unloading service. 1 hr 45 min to unload 18 skids of shingles. No other trucks were there to load or unload. 3 guys sat on forklifts not moving just talking and playing with their phones. Terrible work ethic

We came in to buy a door, Johnathon helped us but he was very rude. It was like he carried a chip on his shoulders. I don’t know why he was so upset because we were polite to him. He was smashing the keys on the keyboard as he was checking us out. Not good customer service at all.

Great price if you need warped lumber that bended and twisted

This place was an absolute joke. I’m usually never one to be bitter about past discretions but the way I was treated here was like I was very unimportant. Long story short, I needed 8- 8ft 4x4’s and they had them outside, the batch that was busted open was dry rot, bowed, warped and twisted. I simply asked them to open the other batch because it was in much better condition. They simply just would not. No reasoning, they just said no.
