84.51 Garage

Garage was easy to access and reasonably priced $28 for 24 hours. The EV parking spots are just past the entry and free to charge - it was about 6 kW rate for my Mach-e. It was really nice to top off my car before leaving town.

We arrived 7/31 at 4:39pm. We left at 12:20pm on 8/1. We should have been charged $28, as sign posted states rate is $28 for 18-24 hours. We were charged $33.50. We called to inquire about this and man we spoke to was very rude and said “‘the rate is correct, the machine is always correct.” I am seriously losing faith in humanity. No sir, machines are not always correct and you are overcharging me. It was clear he didn’t care. Our friends who parked here arrived 30 minutes before us and left at the same time. They were charged $28. Make it make sense. Please do not park here. No one will care if you are charged incorrectly. I felt like I was talking to a door. This is the garage directly across from the Hyatt in downtown Cincinnati.

OVERCHARGED. They thought we wouldn't notice. I contacted them via email and Mr. Gamble said he would adjust the charge to my credit card and never did. SCAMMERS should be shut down. Ongoing problem.

This is my preferred place to park when I attend events at the Duke Energy Convention Center. It provides several levels of covered parking with multiple entrances/exits. The convention center is about a half a block away, leading you to the Elm Street entrance with easy access to the main exhibitor hall. The parking garage has been well-lit and clean every time I've parked there, and the ticketing machines have always functioned properly upon use. There are a few EV chargers on the entry level as well that are usually in use. Oversized vehicles will not be as comfortable, with tight turns to ascend and descend the different levels. There is also a max clearance of 7' 4".

Was there for a race Friday late afternoon until Saturday mid morning and was charged $42 for not even being there 24 hours. Have used the garage couple times before for races Friday to Saturday and only paid $25. Will not be using this garage again.
