85 Second St. Parking Garage

Made parking reservation through Spot Hero. Arrived there and attendant said lot was full. I showed attended my reservation and again the attendant said the lot was full. I asked if there is other parking lots nearby. He said he doesn't know then turned away and looked at his phone. What is the use of making a reservation if the parking garage doesn't keep a space available for people who made a reservation. Garage now got paid for reservations and people who showed up earlier and paid for parking. Ended up going to another parking garage and paying for parking. Ended paying twice in one day for parking.

Reserved through spot hero or whatever. The guys wouldn't acknowledge the app reservation when I went to pick up. Spent 20 minutes arguing with them until they finally accepted the thing. Didn't even say sorry or thank you or anything.

Went to pick up my car at 230 and was told by these two jokers that I couldn’t get it till 530 because they didn’t want to move cars around. Don’t park here.

Do not park here! They scratched my car and refused to acknowledge it.

Do not park here! Not only did they scuff the bumper of my BMW but they skimmed my credit card and which resulted in over $1k of fraudulent charges.
