Attendant was very helpful. Parking ramp can be confusing, not marked clear enough where public versus private parking is. Door on top floor appeared to be locked or stuck.
I used to hide from the cold winds in this in this parking garage it was a shelter for me when I was homeless I hope it stays the same for somebody who needs it it was cold one night and the winds cutting them Sharp and maybe God be by your side may he give you no more than you can handle thank you building
