90 Ellis St NE (168 Courtland St) is now under new management, and the improvements are easy to see. The garage is also well-maintained and clean, with no issues of loitering or homelessness anymore. This garage offers affordable and convenient parking in the heart of downtown Atlanta. It’s perfectly located near the Courtland Grand Hotel (formerly Sheraton), The Hub at Peachtree Center, LyfeAtl nightlife, DragonCon events, AmericasMart, Westin Peachtree Plaza, Alma Cocina, Hard Rock Café, Hooters, Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Georgia State University, and much more.

DO NOT PARK HERE! It would have been cheaper to do valet after paying to repair my window. TLDR: Smashed window, homeless people, its basically a urinal too. The hotel across the street even says do not park here if you ask them. I found that out after asking their front desk for a trash bag and tape to cover my window after it was smashed in this garage over the weekend. I did not have anything in my car to steal, nothing in the open and nothing in the glove compartment, it was completely empty, but my window was still smashed. Do not follow the signs inside the garage that say "hotel access", you will walk into a homeless camp in a dead end and a chained shut door. We walked into two men brushing their teeth in the stairwell too; obviously living there. The whole garage reeks of pee.

One of the worst parking garages in Atlanta. The entrance gate is broken so anyone can get in. There was trash and homeless people’s belongings everywhere. The parking garage seemed to be abandoned and smelt like urine. There is only one way in and out of the parking garage and that is the entrance. The exit was blocked off, so you have to drive back through the one-way entrance. Sketchy area surrounding the parking garage as well. Highly would not recommend. Not worth the price at all since you don’t even really need to pay to get in anyways.

Nothing new to say: avoid if you can. The smell of urine and human feces will be the first thing welcoming you. There is trash everywhere and homeless people on the hallways. There is no security, broken glass on the floor… At least it’s a concrete building so car was safe overnight for severe weather.

We went in there yesterday, everything posted by previous people are actually true. it's amazing, and disgusting. we didnt stay, and the people we were with that stayed, we drove in our car, to get to there car, in fear of being robbed or raped. Atlanta should shut this down as a blight on the city.
