Rick was great! We had a pipe break and did damage to two rooms. I called, said was transparent that he was finishing another job and set expectations on when he would arrive. He immediately started taking moisture readings, pictures and then pulled out all the carpet, pad, insulation, baseboards. He had all the equipment to dry and dehumidify the spaces. He left at 1:30 am and left all the equipment running for the weekend. When he came back, he took more moisture readings and even recommended leaving the half bath running for another day. He is great to communicate with and gave a lot of good recommendations on what I needed to do. I hope I never need his services again for my own sake, but if I do, I would only trust Rick to handle the job.

Rick and his amazing crew were incredible from the beginning. He’s been honest and helpful starting from the moment I contacted them. My fiancé was out of town when the flood happened, and as a new, first time homeowner, he helped me understand the steps and explained the process. They reassured me they would take care of me and the house, and they most certainly did. I hope I don’t have to call them for their services again, but I most certainly will if another flood happens and definitely recommend them to everyone.

Rick and his staff were amazing. They came to our home after hours and took care of an emergency water damage cleanup. They were so incredibly thorough and professional. They explained everything they were doing and why. They handled the cleanup, restoration and worked with the insurance company. I highly recommend them. I cannot express how amazing Rick and this company truly is. When I contacted him for help regarding an unfortunate water damage issue in our basement, he was at my house as quickly as possible. He assessed the damage, walked us through what he would be doing to get the water/moisture out of our basement, spray for mold and rebuild! Rick called in to check on us daily to make sure everything was drying as it should. I highly recommend Rick and this company - true professionals who not only do fantastic work, but make their clients feel like family!

Our city sewer had a problem that was uncovered during a recent storm and unfortunately resulted in sewers backing up into many basements on our street. We called 911 and Rick was onsite almost immediately and started the clean up. He worked though the night and by early AM we were cleaned up and somewhat dry again. After 72 hours of his equipment running, we were nice and dry, clean, and sanitized. He stopped back every 48 hours to check the moisture in our drywall, baseboard, etc. In the end we avoided major repairs to walls and structure, I truly believe this was due to 911's quick response and thoroughness.
