The only issue I had was when they said an appt time was at 8 and nobody showed up until 9. Communication is important and letting a customer know you’re running late or accounting for travel time when scheduling would be nice (which Luke did when they had to reschedule the install). The guys who came out were friendly, seem to have done a great job, and overall happy with 911 generators. Highly recommend them and having a Generac!

Get a FREE estimate somewhere else. We were over charged. Needed to HOOK UP my new generator to my propane tanks, that's all; picked 911 Generators as recommended by my propane company. Was not made clear that the appointment was a quote. Was not made clear that if I did not choose this company, there would be a charge for that appointment. I recommended to the sales people to take your time with new generator people! We dont buy generators every year! I admit, I had no idea what to ask, but it would be nice to have more words to help me know what to expect. PS five and a half hours labor INCLUDED the time spent working up the quote and our approval.

We purchased a whole house generator. So far so good. The installers were terrific. Only concern is what was supposed to be 2-3 hours without power turned out to be 5 hours.

Had a whole-home generator installed. The 911 team was quick, efficient, and very professional. Each member of the team took time to introduce themselves to me at the start of the install. At the end, they walked me through the generator’s functions and how to work the automatic transfer switch. I wholeheartedly recommend 911 Generators.

We are happy with our Generac. The installers were professional and good to work with. Two days after completion of installation, we had a power outage and were glad for our purchase! We would recommend 911 Generators to others.
