I highly recommend 911 Restoration of Northeast, Georgia. I learned about this team just when I found out the previous contractor would not be able to complete the restoration phase of our project. Thankfully, Lane, Brad, and the team came to the rescue. I was impressed with their timely response and attention to our concerns. I selected flooring early one morning and by that afternoon, the flooring was in our home ready for install the next day. They answered my questions and always responded promptly to each call. Jason and his crew were exceptional in their handling of the smoke damage cleanup and repair of all three levels of our home as well as the attic. They spent six 8 hour plus days in our home and were meticulous in their cleanup efforts. Jason carefully removed 250 + rare collector ornaments from our Christmas tree and wiped each on down (no breakage). They were always on time arriving each day at 9 AM. All members of his team were responsive to our concerns with regard to the cleaning of our personal items. They were efficient and hard working taking breaks only for lunch. I can't say enough good things about this company. Water and mud were flowing into my crawl space, I called 911 Restoration and a guy was at my house within 45min. We worked until 0130 clearing out the space. He was on time, respectful of my property, and did an excellent job keeping me informed of all the next steps along the way. Thanks to Jason at 911 Restoration, my house was cleaned up, dry, and a new vapor barrier was down in less than a week. I highly recommend them!

Art and Sam were on-site within 45 minutes, had baseboards off and everything drying within another 90 minutes. Came back the next day and tested for moisture and where packed up and out of the house less than 24 hours after the event. Great people!

Chris came to our rescue during the weeks of rain that plagued Denver in May. Our sump pump gave out and our crawl space quickly flooded. It was a Friday night so we were pretty sure we were out of luck until Monday. We called 911 Restoration and Chris let us know that he could come out the next morning. He replaced the sump pump and put in a new well for it so it wouldn't seize up again. The rain continued through the summer and the sump pump did it's job, but our vapor liner in the crawl space was still ruined. We called Chris again to come back now that we were ready to replace it.
