I had a plumbing leak, which turned into mold - first time, and I had a lot of questions. I called 911 Restoration. Bob came over and assessed the area. He answered my questions and outlined the process, which was very helpful. The crew came out and removed the moldy drywall and flooring, and set up a dehumidifier and fans to dry everything out. They have been in communication with my insurance company, taking that part off of me, which I appreciate. They did good work

I called Bob in the early morning hours with a flood, he called his crew out and they were onsite in 30 minutes and worked quickly to dry up all the water and get everything cleaned a dried. They were professional and kind and checked in throughout the week to make sure the fans were working properly. They showed up and cleaned up their equipment and everything was restored best case scenario. I was thankful for Bob and his team coming out so quickly and working hard for me. Definitely will recommend them and use their services in the future.
