911 Restoration of Salt Lake City

Our house has a sewage backup,it was beyond disgusting! 911 restoration was amazing. They showed up within 45 minutes and got right to work cleaning it up. Ben and his team where awesome! Matt and Brandon where extremely knowledgeable and professional. This is the third time that my house has flooded in 10 years and they are definitely the best company around. My house is all fixed up and it is better than before the disaster happened. I hope that I never have to go through this again, but if I do,I know who I'm going to call. My house looks better than it did before the flood. Totally amazing so happy to have my house back. Thank you 911 Restoration

These guys came late at night when my basement flooded randomly and got to work immediately. Once the basement was all dried up my now good friend Benjamin gave me a great quote for the work. Really appreciate all these guys did for me and my home!

They came to the house — two hours of my time wasted. I was told I’d have an estimate the next business day. Two weeks and four calls later, I find out they now need to do another inspection because their photos “didn’t register”? Why wasn’t that mentioned the first time I called? Or the second, or the third? Next time, just be upfront and say the hard truth on the first call. I could have been done fixing my house by now.

We called 911 Restoration when we got to our cabin, the water tank had been leaking and we could see there was mold. We were amazed they would be sending someone soon, to come up to the mountains, to help us. Brandon Harris was there immediately. He was GREAT. We were concerned and nervous about it all and he quickly calmed our fears. Brandon went above and beyond to explain everything in detail and helped us feel comfortable with what needed to be taken care of. He was so very kind. My husband and I was so grateful for him and all he did for us. We highly recommend this company and give a big Thank you to Brandon Harris.
