911 Restoration did an amazing job! The team was fast, professional, and thorough. Josh was especially helpful & super friendly and made the entire process stress-free. Don’t want to go through another water damage but if I do I would definitely call 911 Restoration of South Houston…. Highly recommend!

I had a very poor experience with this company. The quality of work did not meet expectations. During the sales process, I was told things that later turned out not to be accurate, which made me feel misled. Since the change in ownership, I’ve also noticed what appear to be unprofessional review practices. Overall, this business did not operate with the level of honesty or professionalism I expect, and I would not recommend them. “Definitely stay away from this company”

911 Restoration is extremely professional and gave me excellent service.. The project manager and the crew that worked on my house were all very knowledgeable and extremely professional. They were able to start fixing and restoring my crawlspace very quickly.

We experienced a water leakage that flooded the entire 1st floor!!! I chose 911 restoration from the very good reviews and they didn't disappoint us. Peter and his team came within an hour after the call. They are very professional and know exactly what to do to prevent further damages. They installed dehumidifiers around the house. We were able to fix walls, flooring, and paintings within 2 weeks at very reasonable cost. I highly recommend 911 restoration and will definitely use their services again for remodeling.
